TV chef Galton Blackiston is presenting a lunctime cookery demonstration to help raise funds for Macmillan.

The event is organised by the Great Yarmouth & Gorleston branch of the Macmillan team and will allow participants to enjoy a two course lunch, a glass of wine and tea/coffee, sponsored by the Imperial Hotel.

Galton Blackiston runs Morston Hall on the North Norfolk coast and has a string of awards under his belt. He has recently launched a new book about his love of fish and shellfish - Hook Line Sinker.

By Road:
On approaching Great Yarmouth follow the signs to the seafront. With Sainsbury's on your left, turn left at the traffic lights, the go straight over at the next cross road. At the mini roundabout turn left. The Imperial Hotel is approximately 300 yards along North Drive opposite public tennis courts and Venetian Waterways.

By Public Transport:
A number of bus operators provide services to the local area including National Express and First Bus.

By Rail:
There is a regular local service from Norwich to Great Yarmouth. With connecting trains from Norwich, Liverpool Street. Peterborough, Cambridge and Ely.
