St. John Church


The magnificent church of St John’s will be opened to the public and will be offering a number of activities for all ages.

Guided tours of the church will occur regularly and will explore the history of the building as well as the important role of women in its development. There will also be stained-glass colouring activities, stained glass jar making, 3-D paper-model making as well as the opportunity to see recently conserved kneeler cushions as well as newly made ones.

By Road:

On arrival in Great Yarmouth follow signs for the Seafront taking a right turn at the mini roundabout onto Marine Parade. Proceed along Marine Parade, just past the Tourist Information Centre, taking the next right turn onto Lancaster Road where St John's Church is located on the right hand side.
