One Coastguard Cottage, in Caister-on-Sea near Great Yarmouth is a Victorian 3 bedroom ex-coastguard's cottage with direct access through the garden to miles of sandy beach. The recently refurbished cottage has undergone complete renovations to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Sleeps 4 adults and 2 children (up to 13yrs old)
1 x superking or twin beds, 1 x double and 1 x children’s bunk beds suitable for children aged up to 13.

New modern, fully equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave.
Bright large lounge with wooden floors, log fire and full central heating throughout.
Free internet WiFi and Freesat/DVD on a 42” HD TV.
Brand new bathroom with a powerful thermostatic shower and bath.
Relax on the huge 7m x 4m first floor veranda with uninterrupted beach and sea views. Perfect for a relaxing drink. New glass doors in two of the bedrooms now allow even better sea views.
One Coastguard Cottages is on a beautiful golden sandy beach but also close to the High Street and all local amenities. Caister-on-Sea is a vibrant village with everything you could expect to find in a larger town and more.
There is a golf course, speedway, horse and greyhound racing, a Roman site and a castle. The Norfolk Broads, theatres and markets and much more are all located within a short distance.

By Road:
On approaching Great Yarmouth follow the signs for Caister-on-Sea. Go through Caister village until you reach the mini roundabout, turn right into Beach road. Continue almost to end and turn left onto Manor Road. Immediately and next to the cafe turn right into Old Mill Road. Follow road to the left and onto Coastguard Road, a dirt track. Follow track as far as you can and at the end is One Coastguard Cottages

By Public Transport:
A Number of bus operators provide services to the local area including National Express and First Bus.

By Rail:
There is a regular local service from Norwich to Great Yarmouth, with connecting trains from Norwich to London, Liverpool Street. Peterborough, Cambridge and Ely.
