By Car and Bus
Great Yarmouth is easily accessible by road. The A47 is a direct route from Norwich or King's Lynn and the A12 provides a direct link to Lowestoft, Ipswich and Colcehster. If you'd rather catch the bus, the X1 by First provides a fast direct service from Norwich and Lowestoft. A number of bus operators provide a range of local services to towns and villages around Great Yarmouth. The bus terminal is a Market Gates, just a 5 minute walk from South Quay. By Rail
Great Yarmouth station is just 5 minutes walk from South Quay and has a regular service to Norwich via Acle, Blofield and Brundall on The Wherry Line. At Norwich you'll find local interconnecting services from Lowestoft, Sheringham and Cromer via Wroxham and intercity services to London Liverpool Street. There are also services from the Midlands, the North of England and Scotland, via Peterborough, Cambridge and Ely. By Boat
Great Yarmouth is at the confluence of the Rivers Bure, Waveney and Yare and has a Yacht Station run by the Broads Authority just 10 minutes walk away from South Quay.
