Organisers of the hugely successful ‘Out There International Street Arts and Circus Festival' (17-18 September 2011), Seachange Arts are a Great Yarmouth based arts development and promotion agency who deliver creative projects through professional artists, working at local level.
Seachange Arts unite people from a wide variety of backgrounds, emphasising and celebrating the increasing diversity of cultures found locally, through the arts.
