The Beach House, Great Yarmouth is a centrally located, comfortable family run guest house where families and friends can enjoy a memorable, relaxing holiday in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

The Beach House is just two minutes walk to the seafront, seconds from bustling Regent Road and five minutes walk from the town centre.

All our bedrooms are clean and comfortable and decorated to a high standard and all rooms have Freeview television and well stocked hospitality trays.

We have two double en suite rooms and two standard single rooms. In addition we have an en suite double with its own private balcony with seating for two, lovely on a sunny day.
Our flexible superior en suite double or twin room has a double and single bed, a comfy sofa and a fridge, perfect for a couple or for friends, or for two adults and a child. Children are welcome at the Beach House from age 3.

Our unique Norfolk Suite is on the ground floor with its own private lounge with a large comfy sofa and armchair and your own fridge. Its separate bedroom sleeps two adults or two adults and up to two children from age 3, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the fabulous attractions in Great Yarmouth and the surrounding areas.

Breakfast is served in our spacious beach themed dining room. We have a varied menu including traditional full English, tasty American blueberry pancakes, kippers or a vegetarian English breakfast so you can be sure of a filling start to your day.

We are open all year round excluding Christmas Day & Boxing Day. Parking permits are available.

From the A12 and A47 at Vauxhall roundabout, follow signs for the seafront. Continue forward over roundabout and at the second set of traffic lights turn left into St. Nicholas Road. Wellesley Road is the fourth road on the right.
