Join our trained guide for a fascinating stroll around East Anglia’s best preserved Roman ruins as you discover a Roman fort and the history of the site over 2 millennia.

This is a great walk for all the family, with interactive games and sketches to really bring history to life. Find out why and how the fort was built using Roman construction methods, what the fort was used for and what the criteria was for being allowed inside!

Enjoy stunning views over Breydon Water with its diverse wildlife and extend your walk down steep steps to the reed beds and pathway to the lovely Saxon church of St. Peter and St.Paul.
