There is no lift in the building, so access for wheelchair and pushchair is limited to the ground floor rooms.
A DVD virtual tour is available in reception area showing the upper floor.
Assistance dogs are very welcome. Ask for a bowl of water at the reception desk.

2019: Closed most Saturdays. Open on Saturdays throughout August plus selected dates in September 7 & 8 September and Heritage Open Days.

By Road: Take the A143 to Great Yarmouth and follow white on brown signs. From A47 at Vauxhall roundabout take the 2nd exit. At the next roundabout take 3rd exit and follow signs for historic south quay.
By Public Transport: From Vauxhall station it is 15 minutes' walk to Elizabethan House Museum.
