See Great Yarmouth in a different light
It's certain that things have been different for all of us this year but that's no reason to stay indoors this winter.
A new project, See Great Yarmouth in a different light began in November to show Great Yarmouth in a new light. The borough of Great Yarmouth is an ideal location for a short winter break and these new experiences will enhance our holiday offering.
All experiences will be to Covid safety guidelines and can be moved or changed to comply with the current Government advice as it changes. We want you to come and enjoy yourself with your bubble but most importantly we want you to feel safe.

Lights
In the weeks before Christmas, Great Yarmouth's Market Place was transformed with twinkly lights leading from Great Yarmouth Minster to the Market Place including along Market Row. St George's Park benefitted from some lit up trees too.
New decorative lights were also placed on the North end of te seafront on North Drive, on the promenade in Gorleston-on-Sea and in Gorlston's Bandstand.
More new lights are also due, watch this space!

More to come...
As Government guidance changes, so do our plans so bear with us!
See Great Yarmouth in a different light is looking to bring visitors to Great Yarmouth and the surrounding towns and villages.
Our borough is steeped in rich heritage, boasts 15 miles of glorious, wide, sandy beaches and offers fantastic short breaks at any time of year.
Just remember, there's no such thing as bad weather, only inappropriate clothes.
