Take the hassle out of parking by buying a weekly rover ticket to start on a date in July.

A weekly car park Rover ticket is valid for eight days from the day chosen below.

Please make sure you choose your date carefully. To prevent your name showing on your ticket, please enter 'Great Yarmouth' into the Name section on the next page and enter your name into the Notes section.

Park your vehicle in a council car park including St Nicholas, North Drive, Euston Road, Anchor Gardens, Jetty North, Jetty South, Beach Coach Station, Brewery Plain, Caister Beach Road, Fullers Hill, George Street, Gorleston High Street, King Street and Market Place.

All pre-paid tickets must be displayed in the vehicle at all times when parked on a car park. Please ensure you are able to print the parking ticket to be displayed in your vehicle. Failure to display a valid ticket will result in a Penalty Charge Notice being issued against your vehicle.

Please note the rover ticket can not be used in the following car parks - Howard Street (Palmers), Blackfriars Road and Middlegate.

  • Ticket Details

    When you have printed your ticket, please check all details carefully as we may not be able to rectify any errors if we are not notified of them prior to the ticket start date.

  • Cancellation

    Tickets cannot be exchanged or cancelled after purchase.

  • Lost Tickets

    Great Yarmouth Borough Council will not be liable for any ticket that has been lost or stolen after it has been printed by the customer.

  • This ticket permits the vehicle for which it is issued to park, without further charge, upon any of the Great Yarmouth Borough Council car parks, except Howard Street, Blackfriars and Middlegate. No spaces are reserved for ticket holders.

  • The ticket must be displayed clearly, on the inside of the vehicle windscreen facing outwards. If a valid ticket is not displayed, the vehicle is subject to the normal parking fees. Failure to display a valid ticket will result in a Penalty Charge Notice being issued against the vehicle.

  • The ticket is valid only for the dates shown, provided that such parking complies with the regulations governing the car parks. Non-compliance may result in the ticket being withdrawn.

  • Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s risk and the Council accepts no responsibility for damage to the vehicle and its contents.
