Reopen 5 July!

It’s twice the family fun for the price of one at Breydon Water, with two villages, in one beautiful setting, creating a unique experience. Just a short walk apart down a country lane, you’re welcome to use the facilities at both.

For non-stop adventures and entertainment, head over to Yare Village, and slide down the flume into the outdoor heated pool or if you prefer a more leisurely break, have a walk over to the quiet and laid-back Bure Village, with its indoor pool and fully equipped gym. There’s also opportunities for fishing, boating, golf, riding, cycling and walking in the nearby area, so whatever you fancy doing, you’re sure to find it.

Breydon Water makes a superb base for enjoying the delights of the local area. Situated on the edge of the Norfolk Broads, relax in the peaceful waterside villages and pubs of the Norfolk Broads or visit nearby Great Yarmouth and its many family friendly attractions, Pleasurewood Hills Family Theme Park and Somerleyton Hall all within easy reach plus, much more!
