Set off down the seafront in Great Yarmouth or along Beach Road in Hemsby for all sorts of attractions, seaside amusements, crazy golf, adventure golf and theme parks for little kids or big kids. On the Golden Mile in Great Yarmouth you'll also find bowling alleys, the Sea Life Centre, the cinema, a model village, a tropical pool, and the Pleasure Beach along with plenty of cafés and seafront tea rooms, or you can simply stroll out to sea along either pier.
Wander further inland to visit one of the town's six museums, including the award winning Time & Tide museum. We've got English Heritage and National Trust properties available to visit too, as well as a medieval town wall and plenty of fascinating heritage for the culture vultures.
Alternatively, head for the town centre at the top of Regent Road, home to traditional seaside goods, where you'll find shops galore, from high street favourites to our very own unique boutiques and independent stores.
Locally you'll find three 18-hole golf courses and a superb selection of sports and leisure activities for everyone to enjoy and a range of spas.
In the evening, eat, drink and relax, we've hundreds of restaurants, pubs, clubs, tea-rooms and cafés to tempt every taste bud and suit every pocket. Gorleston Pavilion Theatre, the Hippodrome, St. George's Theatre and Britannia Pier Theatre have an exciting programme of shows throughout the year or if you fancy a flutter visit one of our casinos, our seaside race track or Yarmouth Stadium for greyhound or stock car racing.
